How to skip the FIFA startup logo screens

After installing fifa, go to the fifa folder and create a file called locale.ini and in it copy and paste the following paragraph:

[GUI]
SKIP_TITLE=1
[]
VIDEO=0
AVAILABLE_LANGS=eng
WINDOWED=0
[OPTIONS]
DEFAULT_TEXT_LANGUAGE=eng
